Location: Rangia
Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in a managerial and factory administration
Industry Preference: Reputed factory, preferably in the chemical or paint industry
Gender Preference: Male candidates only
Salary: Upto 18 Lac CTC pa
Availability: Immediate joining required
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead our operations & administration in Rangia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all departments within a factory setting, with a proven track record in productivity, financial analysis, development, training, and work towards growth of the company. The role requires someone who can handle all aspects of factory operations independently and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all factory operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency across all departments.
  • Conduct financial analysis to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  • Drive development initiatives and training programs for staff to foster growth and improve performance.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure smooth operations from input to output, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the factory towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives.
  • Represent the factory in all external and internal communications, maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial and administrative role, preferably in a chemical or paint factory.
  • Strong exposure to handling multiple departments within a factory setting.
  • Proven ability to manage productivity, financial performance, and employee development.
  • Excellent command over MIS and other management tools.
  • Professional, dynamic personality with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take complete responsibility for factory operations and drive results independently.
